Prior to her current role, Vitoria served as a Product Implementation Specialist at Arker, where she demonstrated her ability to lead high-impact initiatives across international markets. She streamlined a pilot implementation for a global client, reducing the delivery timeline from six months to three while exceeding expectations—an achievement that underscored her talent for identifying inefficiencies and delivering strategic, client-centered solutions. Throughout her career, she has trained more than 840 users globally, reinforcing her strength in communication, leadership, and change management.
Academically, Vitoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and an Executive MBA in Project Management from FIA Business School.
